His 2006 book, The 7 Principles of Fat Burning, was modified in 2019 to become the Amazon best-selling The Healthy Keto Diet, based on fresh research.

In 2008, he also launched a YouTube channel where he continues to express his thoughts on healthy food and a vast array of other health-related issues, with over 6,000 videos, 18 million subscribers, and 100 million monthly views.
